Plant-based recipes with creator links
Browse Kitchen Monk™ Originals and independent recipes from credited creators. Open each source for the complete ingredient list and method. Public video links identify exact recipes, original versions with separate adaptations, or technique demonstrations where labeled.
Kitchen Monk™ adaptations are not kitchen-tested; nutrition remains estimated or pending as labeled. Original videos may use different ingredients. Ingredient checks and suggested changes do not establish allergy safety or clinical suitability. Check packaged foods, condiments, salt, oil, sweeteners and baking leavening; no-added-salt does not mean sodium-free.

Fiber and protein appear first on recipe cards. Expand the nutrition panel to see available estimates and unknown values. Automatic serving changes and grocery quantities work only for configured recipes; external entries require manual grocery entry. Choose tomatoes and beans in paper cartons or no-salt-added cans when available.
Optional tracking: Start with free Cronometer Basic and our easy-tracking guide. A separate account is required for Cronometer. Gold photo, voice, import and repeat tools are optional paid features and need review. Use complete recipe ingredients, food states, yield and the portion eaten; a shopping list is not complete nutrition input. Our recipes and grocery tools remain available without a tracking account. Cronometer is not a registered dietitian or medical nutrition therapy.

🍲 About the collection, recipe labels, and free access
The shared catalog contains 2,000 recipe and demonstration entries as of October 29, 2026, pointing to 1,785 distinct destination links. A source page or video may contain several recipes; source versions and demonstrations are included. This is an entry count, not a verified count of unique dishes or recipes developed by Kitchen Monk.
Our focus is whole-food, plant-based cooking. Linked originals are not uniformly free of added salt, oil, or sugar. Read each original ingredient list. Suggested adaptations are identified separately; do not assume they have been kitchen-tested.
Recipe cards identify the source and whether a nutrition estimate based on U.S. Department of Agriculture data is available in this catalog. Pending means the catalog estimate is unfinished; the original source may provide its own nutrition information. Estimates are not laboratory measurements. Check serving size and ingredients before comparing values.
Video links distinguish technique demonstrations from original videos that may differ from an adaptation. AI-created food illustrations show estimated appearance and are labeled; they are not photographs of the prepared recipe. Cards without one show a Kitchen Monk™ illustration of the main ingredients, also labeled “not a photo.”
Source and creator credits are retained. Free browsing does not grant permission to republish a creator’s text, photographs, or videos. External providers control their own pages and any separate paid products.

Use the source name in Search. USDA-based nutrition is calculated for 2 recipes; 1,912 are pending ingredient-weight, food-match and yield verification. Select “USDA estimates ready” to see calculated entries, or “USDA calculation pending” to see the remaining work. Each ready entry shows per-serving nutrients, selected-serving totals, ingredient gram weights and FoodData Central IDs. Estimates describe the listed recipe version; optional ingredients and substitutions change the values. The YouTube demonstrations link to free public videos; their quantities and ingredient screening still need checking. This catalog is not yet a complete inventory of every public recipe from each creator.

Video recipes from outside creators follow their own standards; ours are suggestions, not tested versions, unless labeled. Individualize for medical diets, allergies, and medication changes.
🎥 Cooking videos and recipe libraries for patient teaching
One page gathers cooking videos and recipe libraries from Chief Flourishing Chef Robin Jeep, Chef AJ, the Physicians Committee, the National Health Association, the Center for Nutrition Studies, Full Plate Living, NutritionFacts.org, and Spanish-language resources. Players and recipe lists update automatically. Useful for patients who learn better by watching.

🥦 NutritionFacts.org public recipe & video library
For patient education and clinician reference, use the official NutritionFacts.org source collections rather than a single YouTube playlist. These links cover the public recipe database, recipe-topic videos, the broader 2,000+ video library, webinars, Q&As, audio, and book supplemental videos.
Independent educational resource; no endorsement, affiliation, sponsorship, or payment is implied. Link patients to the original NutritionFacts.org page for the source recipe, transcript, references, and updates.
🥗 National Health Association recipes
539 free recipes the National Health Association shares publicly, searchable by meal, time and video. Each opens on the National Health Association’s site; 14 can go straight to your grocery list.
🥗 National Health Association recipes for patient teaching
Flourishing Nursing™ is the patient-teaching companion to Kitchen Monk™’s public National Health Association recipe index. The index listed 539 recipe entries on October 23, 2026: 316 National Health Association website recipes plus 223 additional recipes in five free conference documents. This is our indexed count, not an official total published by the National Health Association. Original authors and recipe sources are credited; video and grocery-list options vary by recipe.
General education, not individualized medical nutrition therapy. No verified per-serving nutrient totals have yet been calculated for this National Health Association collection on our sites. Estimates will be shown only after ingredient amounts, substitutions, United States Department of Agriculture FoodData Central food records, and serving yields are verified; until then we mark analysis pending. Cronometer is optional and independent. Patients or clinicians can use its public website/help resources to manually create recipes and, where available to the user, import recipes, but ingredient matches and yield must be reviewed. Cronometer custom recipes are not a universal public recipe library, so we do not imply that every National Health Association recipe has a public Cronometer recipe link. Kitchen Monk and Flourishing Nursing endorse the National Health Association for patient education. This is our own endorsement; neither site is affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the National Health Association.

Kitchen Monk’s standard is whole-food, plant-based, and free of added salt, oil, and sugar. Ingredient checks, adaptations, nutrition calculations, and review status are specific to each recipe; a directory entry does not mean an outside recipe meets our standard or has received clinical review. Recipes are published only when we created them or have permission; others are linked to their original source. Educational resources, not individualized nutrition therapy; adjust for kidney disease, diabetes medications, allergies, dysphagia, or prescribed diets.
